He has had the privilege of working alongside prominent writers such as Grammy-nominated songwriter Marti Frederiksen (Daughtry,Carrie Underwood) and Scott Stevens (Skillet,Shinedown). These collaborations and others have not only honed Jerod's craft as a songwriter but have also helped affirm his calling in the growing landscape of Christian music.

Currently, Jerod is collaborating with songwriter and producer Sam Hart (Bethel, Aaron Shust), known for his innovative approach and dedication to creating impactful music. Together, they are working on Jerod’s anticipated debut EP, which promises to showcase his unique sound and message. Jerod has a clear mission in mind. To share the hope of Jesus one song at a time and inspire people through his journey of faith and creativity. Assuring listeners that God can use broken people in beautiful ways.

The lead single off his upcoming EP titled "When Everything Changed" was released on May 1st 2026 and is now available digitally everywhere. The single is a powerful and moving anthem that describes Jerod's testimony as living a once broken and shameful life, running from God until he finally realized he needed to surrender his life.
